Please read the message below from Dr. Susan W. Ellis:
Dear Friends,
The Messiah Parish House has been my office home for close to 20 years now. Time has come for me to retire! With our two daughters still living in New England, as well as my 97 year old mother-in-law, we need to free up time to be with our family.
I was ordained as a U.C.C. Pastor in Worcester, Mass. in 1978. I became a Pastoral Counselor ten years after doing parish ministry, then graduated from Boston University with my Doctorate in Clinical studies. Moving down here for my husband's job, I began working for Samaritan Counseling Center. I can still remember the day when I met your former Rector Keith Marsh who offered me office space. I have enjoyed my time here at Messiah. It's truly a lovely place with wonderful people.
June 26th will be my last day in the office. Thank you for opening your office space for me and my clients. I wish you all my warmest appreciation and blessings.
Susan W. Ellis
