Vestry Highlights of 9/17/2018

Part of our vestry covenant states we will "Seek God's will by striving for unity in all matters through: Abiding by and supporting group decisions through individual actions and words Communicating effectively back to parish members formally and informally Encouraging those with grievances to speak directly with the concerned individual and seek appropriate mediation." The full covenant is posted on the bulletin board in the Parish Hall. Here are just a few of the topics we are actively working on and invite your participation and support: "Soft" toys are needed for the Kid's area in the church The process for Sunday School teacher clearances needs to be formalized Tell us about your ideas

Church School Program

Church School has begun!! Our program is back in full swing, beginning on September 16. We are accepting ongoing registrations for children from preschool to grade 6. Our church school begins on Sunday mornings at 9:30 in the upstairs of the Parish Hall. Children will take part in a bible based lesson and will have a snack. At 10:15 children are accompanied back to the church to meet their parents for the remainder of the service. Church school will take place every Sunday unless otherwise announced. We are so excited to be sharing the love of Jesus with the children of Messiah! If you have any questions, please contact Tiffany Reichley: tmreichley@gmail.com
