But just what, you may well be inclined to ask, is “the Epiphany” that these Sundays follow? The Feast of the Epiphany, which falls each year on January 6th, follows the close of the Church’s 12-day Christmas season, and marks the beginning of the next liturgical season in the church year. THANK YOU to all for helping make our Lunches project a success!

Thank you so much to everyone who assisted or donated supplies to our lunch making efforts. Because of you, we were able to supply Manna on Main Street with 100 lunches, and the Norristown Hospitality Center with 135 lunches. It was so wonderful to see so many enthusiastic people show up at both the 12 noon sandwich making part, and the bag stuffing at 6:30pm. This event was a resounding success!

UPDATE: Let's Make Even MORE Lunches on January 8th

Your response has been SO great we've decided to increase the number of lunches we plan to make. Please click here to see our latest list of needs and to volunteer. Also, please be sure to bring in your donations prior to the 8th. Collection bins are located on the benches in the Parish Hall. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Let's start the New Year off with this outreach opportunity to help Manna on Main Street and our community. As many of you know, Manna serves meals daily to people in need. On occasion, Manna's kitchen has reason to close. On those days, Manna supplies bagged lunches for those in need. How can we help? At the same time, Joseph is warned in a dream to flee into Egypt with Mary and the infant Jesus. Shortly thereafter, there is unimaginable horror in Bethlehem, the ancient City of David, as an unknown number of innocent children are slaughtered. Only one is known to get away. Only one is known to have escaped. If the king’s plan had worked, the joy of Christmas would have
