Live Guest Performance

Join us this Sunday February 25th at the 9:30 service for a Guest Performance.

Tara Harvey, our oboe soloist this Sunday, will perform three movements of a sonata by Telemann, and also accompany the choir in an anthem by Dennis Clements. Tara has earned a Bachelor of Music Education from Indiana University and a Master of Music in Oboe Performance from McGill University. Her primary teacher was Theodore Baskin (Principal Oboe, Montreal Symphony). Tara performs regularly with Vox Ama Deus and other Philadelphia area ensembles, is on faculty at the University of Valley Forge and Eastern University, and teaches beginner piano students at Creative Edge Center for the Arts, an art school in her community. She lives in North Wales with her husband and four children.
